Probably but we know for certain that he's another republican pathological liar:

Santorum then: "... black people ..."

Santorum later: "I didn't say black people, I said blah people. Get your ears checked."

Santorum then: "... Obama's phony theology ..."

Santorum now: "I didn't say theology, I said ideology. Get your ears checked."

He's pathetic.
