the spot forex market is largely unregulated, but the brokers are well regulated if they are from the USA or UK, even I think usa based brokers are over regulated, just find maybe two brokers from any of these two countries, and deposit your money with the two. you would still be trading if one goes burst.

However, you can work with regulated platform because only regulated brokers can provide safe and regulated trade executions.
