Newt says the 150 billion should be used to find a new energy. Probably would work. With Obama and 60 votes in the senate its going to get crazy. Might be a good time for the next 4 years to hide assets and live off the state.
Pelosi said a stimulus package..... increasing food stamps benefits and extending unemployment insurance. This will get people back to work. Suppose you had a couple kids and you fed them a little bit more each day and increased their allowance. This should get them stimulus.
