Perhaps we should think about outsourcing our army, navy and airforce. Just think of all the money and american lives we would save by using the less fortunate in the world for this hazardous duty. I'm sure we could find plenty of mercenaries in the third world, if we just paid each of them 100 bucks a month a piece for the use of their bodies. We could even provide great job security by giving these individuals life time jobs and permanent citizenship in all the other countries that we intend to invade and dominate after Iraq. Haiti would be a great place to start the recruitment.
It's not a bad idea. We should also export/outsource our prisoners and inmates. Our homeless and insane people. And US ET members ... and Baron... and the ET moderators. to
