  1. it doesn't take much brains, just take the best part of a cow, throw it on the fire and eat it whole

Obama can bring Jesus Christ back to life and still be not appreciated. Race reasons you see.

Romney can be a strong leader but his agenda is wasteful. Half the companies selected for investments at Bain Capital under Romney went bankrupt. Most of the returns were given by 5-10 bagger companies like Staples etc. Unless Romney does a 'bait and switch' on the agenda, US will not be much better off under Romney either.

Anyways, either one getting elected means nothing if they do not tackle the debt head on and as the first priority.

Everybody knows Jesus Christ was a man of color. Besides, quite honestly, Bill Clinton was a "blacker" President than Barack Obama.

  5. Reagan came to office in the early 1980s when the country needed a huge change/shift and he rose to the challenge.

Obama came to office with the same circumstances yet he blew it. He could have made a huge impact all the ingredients were there the timing was right everything.... he blew it. Thats why nobody wants him this time around and I think Romney will win the election.

The problems in this country are so easy to fix yet nobody wants to do anything. Nobody wants to step up to the plate. I dont think Romneys going to make much of an impact either but like I said in my other post almost anyone is better than 4 more years of Obama.

Well, we have a two party system that buys votes. The Republicans buy votes with lower taxes, and the Democrats buy votes by giving away somebody else's money. Both parties bribe voters. Half of adult Americans do not pay Federal Income Tax and in fact they live on the other half's largess. The other half believes they pay too much and are sick and tired of subsidizing the other half. How each half votes is obvious.

  7. half the country doesn't pay income taxes because they are too poor.

How much is it going to help us if we start taxing some poor guy that makes 24k a year?

I have a feeling that all these pre election polls are just BS. On election day, Obama is up for a surprise and he can end up mere 25% of the votes in a heavy defeat.

I would not say that he blew it but more that he could not muster enough support to do something meaningful. Obama was not an idea but more like 'first black/minority' placement in the White House in order to please the affirmative action norms for the top post.

Regarding debt, no use trying to win/plead/beg/threaten votes from Democracts or Republicans. There has to be a leader who does not need to go to these politicians to implement economic and economy related policies. Call that leader a dictator or economic whip or bart simpson, what matters is debt is taken head on and dealt effectively with. :D

Everybody that earns money should pay SOMETHING in taxes. Come on... seriously. If you think that someone making $24,000 in a year shouldn't pay SOMETHING - even $200 a year, in income taxes - then you are a socialist by nature and have no business living in a free enterprise economy. Right now, that person making $24,000 per year actually GETS PAID to file a tax return - it is called an "earned income tax credit". He gets a CHECK from the US Treasury for filing. Seriously. Even if a citizen is on pure government dole, they should file a tax return and pay something - even if it's $50 per year. It is called being a fair citizen. You viewpoint illustrates perfectly why politics and this country is more polarized than ever - we have the takers and we have the givers. And this is all a rather recent invention in American society - the first 150 years of our nation's history was not at all like this.
