The fact you have to ask this question would prevent me from hiring you. The basic rule is risk not thy whole wad. You are essentialy shooting craps with 30 lots and such little capital.

Im sure its been said but I dont need to read 30 pages of it. How did you let yourself lose 13,000 with a 50k account?? Thats just piss poor it isnt as if you are trading fast moving, illiquid products like natural gas or the euro. Singles and doubles, Singles and doubles.

  2. I am now convinced that you do not get it and probably never will. the 400% was an arbitrary number. the point is that i do not allow myself to be bound by anything. Maybe 400% will never happen...but i leave myself open to the possibility nonetheless

  4. ONCE again, I am a trader.

    You are a gambler

Your upset because you want to make this into a pissing contest now.

Well, like I said, you win, you got more balls then I do to put it all on the line.... aka "Gambler"

I can't help the fact that you are upset because you don't know how to trade.

So get over yourself man... I'm going to be trading a lot longer than you will be, just because of the fact.

So get over yourself, you know everything for these markets.

You answered all questions provided to you, yet when it comes down to it, you haven't done a damn thing about it, so your loss, stop acting like you are a trader, because you are not a trader, you are a gambler, every one here has seen that.

If you can't accept it, it just shows even more how much you lie to yourself, and how bad at life you will truely be.

I don't care what you call me, but I'm actually making a living off of doing this now. You are just trying to impress a few people on a message board by claiming you are.

    Big difference.

"They've never taken a significant loss and so they really don't know what it means to be a trader."

False, see you don't know anything about me, I have taken big losses, 200 - 300 losses in a single trade. I was idiotic to put it all on the line like you have. AKA "STUPID"

"If your experience as a trader is GREEN GREEN GREEN with no RED, then you do not know what it is like to really be a trader."

Oh really... like I didn't know that... I mean, do you really believe that in my year of trading I've never experienced any red? Are you as much as a dumbass as you really sound??? lol

" Trading is about risk; with experiences skewed primarily in the direction of green, it is easy to forget that you are, as a trader, a student of risk. Thanks again"

No, thank you. Trading is ALL ABOUT RISK. "with experiences skewed primarily in the direction of green" Actually, I'd say for me it's more around 50% (again you don't know a damn thing about me and my trading) and it's pretty easy to know who I am, because I know where I have come from. I on one hand STUDY RISK. YOU are too good for these markets to study risk apparently. And the market has kicked your ass and your trying to make up for it by getting on my case. I'm sorry, but pissing me off isn't going to help you trade. Pissing me off, is going to end up making you look like a dumbass, because I don't care if I do, as long as I get it through your head that YOU ARE NOT A TRADER. YOU ARE A GAMBLER... That is all you do. You gamble, you put it all on the line. You might as well have been at a blackjack table with a few thousand up for bet each time. I'm 19, I've only been at a casino once when I went on a cruise, and I was at the blackjack tables, and I actually TOOK money away from the casino. Now considering the rest of the my family blew away around 500 dollars, and I made 200, I think that shows that I know a little something about risk management because I never risked more than $5 on a single play and never risked over $20 a night in the casino. You would not be able to do the same, and even I'd bet the house on that one.

Thanks for showing me in this thread what a true loser really is, a true loser is someone like you who can't accept that he is one.

Like I said, this thread is great material of what a losing gambler really is in life, a person that does not deserve to be called a trader, it's people like you who give trading it's reputation to not only create greath wealth, but to destroy lives. Sadly, you are the latter part of the equation, and you are too dumb enough to acknowledge that.

  5. I have no business being there either :( You need very deep pockets to endure the fluctuations... even more so if you're wrong about a position.

  8. You’re a trader maybe but not a professional one. You don’t understand risk management, emotions, cutting losers fast, and having a game plan. You’re fighting with people who might be professionals and telling them you’re right but honestly what have you done. To be a loser does not make you a professional trader. If you know how to swing a bat why are you not in the major leagues too? Its funny you say everybody loses to start which is mostly true but a professional does not drop 50k to say hey I am a professional trader and will be big because I lost. To me it sounds like you gave away that money. You have no right to even be trading more the 1 unit of whatever you trade. You executed a trade so you’re a trader in the smallest term of the word but you have not show one quality that would make anyone think you’re going to be a profitable trader. Do you think rich people pay a lot of money to financial firms for a dumb fool like you to take 10k from them everyday like its nothing?
