For as much as I know, the forum for MultiCharts Discretionary Trader is free for public. No signing up is necessary - just create topics or posit messages to the existing ones. MultiCharts Premium Forum, on the other hand, is available to general public for reading only. Only registered members (i.e. license owners) can post there.
