Is Limbaugh in Costa Rica yet?

I know it takes alot of momentum to get all that moving but if anybody has him on speed dial remind him of what he promised.

 

My guess is that's where he when to detox off of OxyContin. They do have a healthy and well trained Physician population in and around San Jose.

rush had it right... jerry died at his own hand, in fact, the movement he created encouraged that same kind of self-destruction
