Good point. Maybe he just loves his parents. The rent, can be really expensive. Or not. Too many variables.
Pretty much. I'm a horrendous coder, but a great modeler and manager. Once you figure out what you need to do, getting it coded by a freelancer isn't difficult.
I have 60k at the moment so im not living off them, I'm just trying to keep bills low and set myself up for a better future.
I'm just saying, that's common sense. Yeah, rent is going to be expensive but it will drastically change his life, with some efforts, it's going to be for the better. It will ALSO change his thought process and create new perspectives. He can code, he can learn strategies but imo, that's not what is going to help him in the long run. It's like I would come and say; I'm 25yo living with my parents trying to become a poker pro because it's fairly close, trading/investing can turn to gambling real fast. It's his choice and I respect that, i'm just giving my opinion on how he can turn into a profitable trader.
I agree, learning to code is a waste of time if a trader does not what to code. Best to spend time learning to trade.
A bit of 4chan humor on my part. But learning to code would at least provide a marketable skill for the foreseeable future.
