The ability to create a well-crafted sales letter (landing page) is one of the most lucrative skills to have. That's so OG That's not ancient, this is ancient You're so lost, even being lost is lost
Done that been there plotting by hand on graph paper using THE PAMA method years ago. https://books.google.com/books/about/The_Ultimate_Breakthrough_in_Market_Turn.html?id=bEBb10WWZOsC
That must be the dumbest person alive. She quit her job to go trading full time with inherited money while she had absolutely no idea what she was doing? Probably even dumber than dumb. Not comparable to OP though.
Besides the 12 months of living expenses, how much capital do you have available to trade with, not including that money for the living expenses. If you really think you have a good chance and you have a proven track record, go for it (if you have sufficient funds to trade with). If it doesn't work out after a few months you can always get another sales job. Do a evaluation after 6 months and see if it worth continuing or not. Maybe you can even ask your boss for a few months of unpaid leave? That way you don't have to get a new job if it doesn't work out.
I dont think its impossible, but in the context of the OP and with the mostly agreed 'if you have to ask,you probably shouldnt',I think a hybrid of day job and trading makes sense. Anecdotally,I find a day job gives you structure. In the right job you could slowly semi retire as your trading account grows. Cash flow also helps keep your trading profits in your trading account, looking for opportunities, instead of being spent on milk and fuel.
Hello p0box4, I told my little cousin about ES futures about 3 years ago. He put $50,000 in broker account the same day I told him about trading. He bought 25 ES contracts and made like $5k. He was happy and we went to strip club and spent it alll the same night on strippers. Lol He said man, im ready to bet $100k on this ES. Lol hahahahah. He didn't care, he had the money. We you got money, you bet it all.
