I love to joke around as much as anyone but a member’s constant regime lasting for months and years becomes pathological in nature. My expertise and experience as a psychiatric registered nurse, working in a locked facility, gives me this insight.

The real issue is trust. Piaget has identified, and is generally accepted by the professional community, that trust or mistrust becomes a part of your core thinking before 18 months of age. Basically, when an infant cries out, it is seeking attention for whatever it needs. If the parents are inattentive then mistrust is the norm. Conversely, if the parents are attentive, then trust is the norm. So, without a measurable doubt, mistrust rules when poor parenting or tough love of an infant is the parenting theory. You have to feel for these poor children.

As I gain more information about them, the deviation at which they act outside the norm of regular responses becomes clearer and clearer. If my hypothesis is adult mental disease, in these cases, PTSD, then my null hypothesis is no PTSD. The experiment is now about data collection. I have read many threads from end to end going back many years, so I have a clearer picture.

I have a friend from high school who was raised by a strict disciplinarian. A military guy who was tough loved by his father, a military guy. Of course my friend hated his father but always appeared to love him. He feared retaliation as it was his father’s way. He withheld emotional positives and harped on what he perceived as his son’s mistakes. In the end, the old man is alone, my friend is done with therapy and his mother is happily remarried. Fortunate for them as some victims never escape the wrath of family.

I’ve seen posters state that they are OK with being abused as long as they get some trading information. Everyone has a different price, just like prostitutes. As long as the desired gain is balanced with the abuse, the behavior will continue indefinitely.

The point of all this is that these emotionally disturbed members will accept negative attention as good when they cannot get attention for anything recognizable. Gives them a sense of belonging and feeling of “family”. Reminds them of dear old dad and the way he loved them.

Must have been love, he was my father. No one wants to grow up not feeling loved so the connection from attention ->poor behavior becomes the mechanism for attention. Because it is deeply rooted in the core of the brain, changing someone’s behavior by introducing punishment, like banning someone, makes the individual feel at ease and loved. The thinking should be the opposite which is why it considered a mental pathology.

Once I understood the rules of the sight, it was only a matter of time (7 weeks) until the correct algorithm, to remove the stench, became apparent. When I was diagnosed with melanoma in 2010, my odds for long term survival, greater than 5 years, 1:3000. My pattern recognition test scores were in the top 99.99%(1:10,000) for the nation. I now scalp the ES profitable, for over 18 months, which I hear goes from 1:100 to 1:1000 to next to impossible. Getting a few of these members with an obvious mental pathology out of my way was easy.

If you are new, look at the posts by certain people you suspect to fall into this category. As a pattern recognition expert, their threads have little if no heckling. The OP plus the accompanying band of merry men, expose themselves there. They believe that their threads are pertinent and beyond heckling when in fact they are the abuser along with a few similarly mis wired members who have attached themselves. It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

Continue to post as you figure your way through the garbage. I was called out for posting screenshots and making predictions. Posted a thread to go private. Now I see pictures and predictions along with threats of not blessing us with their diarrhea of the mouth. I guess the required attention was not met as the pictures are stopping and the threats of going private; were just that’ threats only. If the predictions are wrong they will slowly disappear into the old seance of righteousness. They will stop predicting.

They make claims, like I’m going to post every trade, everyday. Then they announce why they are reversing their position. The reasons are always within reason as their perspective is you are a liar. They make sure their statements cannot be challenged and can never offer valid proof. They are grandiose in nature and believe they are superior. Ask one of them why they never state anything that hasn’t come from someone else’s mouth. Ask them why they post irrelevant pictures from the internet and then try to make it fit the point they think is clear to all.

In conclusion, I have read back years and the negative behaviors of the few who attempt to bully and dominate the positive behaviors of the many. As much as I feel for any abused child, I cannot help them. They need to be willing to seek help but mentally diseased people do not see themselves as pathological.

The decision that they will be allowed to continue without retribution has been decided a long time ago. Starting a thread about someone is exactly what they crave. From what I’ve read, you cannot get banned. I’m sure people get banned and I am sure they are no worse than some that are allowed to continue, against the bylaws. They just didn’t now anyone of importance here. What do you know, the way of the world.

Undoubtedly, some will see themselves as being singled out as paranoia often accompanies PTSD. I will let them vent as my donation to their way back to mental health. Hey, it could be me that was abused.
