    What the Supreme Court deems en vogue today is 'antiquated' and 'untenable' tomorrow.

    The Law of the Land IS the Constitution. And its final interpretation rests on the words of the signatories and their attitude evidenced at the time it was signed. Thats what Jefferson said:

    "On every question of construction (of the Constitution) let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed." (Thomas Jefferson)

    The Founders were abundantly clear every Free, peaceful person is entitled to Bear Arms:

    "The Constitution shall never be construed....to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms" (Samuel Adams)

    "The great object is that every man be armed" and "everyone who is able may have a gun." (Patrick Henry)

    "No Free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." (Thomas Jefferson)

    So Who is the Militia? The Militia is the People:

    "A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves...and include all men capable of bearing arms." (Richard Henry Lee)

    "I ask, sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people, except for few public officials." (George Mason)

    Now, if you want to debate facts - not opines - feel free to post Case Law distilled from sleazebag Justices who decisions contravene the Spirit of the Founders.

    Then I will declare the rulings Unconstitutional, cite corresponding quotes by the Founders that prove it such and make thinly veiled inferences of the Justices patriotic leanings.

    As soon as Americans concede Constitutional Law to be a discretionary art subject to liberal interpretation by the Courts, the Country is dead.

    This type of Judicial "Activism" (as our Criminal-In-Cheif calls it) has occurred for more than a century - slowly warping and defiling nation into the rotten cesspool its become.

    Hapaboy;
    Exactly;
    12 guage or any of them talks better than a chain saw, and even birdshot is deadly at house killing distances:cool:

    12 guage makes/grinds meat hamburger at close range

    And while the bumper sticker is funny''WARNING, this driver carries only $20 worth of ammo''

    Get more ammo than that.:p

    And fortunately even democrats arent trying to enact more stupid/non working gun laws;
    they dont have enough votes anyway,probably.

  5. Shotguns are great for single point of fire, but the cyclic rate is obviously lacking.

    There is no substitute for the H&K MP5.

  6. That may be true. But you also have to figure in the loss of life at frat parties when someone gets shot and also there would probably be more jealous gun violence if 18 to 22 year old boys/men had a concealed pistol. You can't only look at one side of the gun argument, if you do then resulting decision will be flawed. This applies to both sides.

  8. Its a fine little peice of machinery.

    But cyclic rate? For home defense? That clip would give average joe, what amounts to two shots in real terms.
    And would it be legal to own one, where your at? That isn't semi auto-your probably being sarcatic though, you do steroids and stuff
    :D :D

  9. lol. I have a full-auto MP5. Legal in NV.

    My point re: cyclic rate has more to do with dispersion. Shotguns are great against single assailants. We had a double-homicide in a 4mm home in the adjacent gated community. I'd rather have one and not need it, then need it and not have one.
