Yes - for those who can spot it and use it to their advantage.

Like any other field, one need to (re)skill oneself to do this.

Just like one need to devote innumerable hours in the medical studies and practice before he can be a good surgeon.

 

Well I think it's possible to time the market but, timing the market perfectly is nearly impossible. the best strategy for the majority of us isn't to attempt to advertise time by any stretch of the imagination. All things being equal, make an arrangement and contribute as quickly as time permits
