  2. This remind me of many forum on EliteTrader. Start with real question, real talk, different people give different opinion. Then ends with everyone mad, calling names, calling stupid, ... Why everyone so angry LOL?

Because some people are just trolls. They never have any intention of ever engaging in real conversations or giving their opinions (not that they have any). All they do is play the devil's advocate and take the other side of the opinions expressed by people who are genuinely discussing the thread. You will notice them appearing in a variety of threads and they never express their own view or answer OP's questions until somebody has expressed a seemingly strong opinion and then they always take the opposite side of that poster and eventually resort to personal attacks when they have nothing better to say to defend their viewpoints. You will notice several names like @zdreg, @M.W., @SunTrader appearing again and again in various threads.

I am quite used to these. I keep them off Ignore just to get some entertainment out of them. When they become too much of a nuisance, I put them on "Ignore". Luckily for me, @M.W put me on "Ignore" after I pointed out to him the fallacy and contradiction in the fundamental teachings of Christianity and apparently that was too much for him. LOL So I lost a bit of entertainment there.

  4. When applying to a prop firm, they consider various factors beyond just your annual return. While a consistent 12% per year is a respectable return, prop firms typically assess additional criteria such as risk management, trading strategy, and potential for scalability. It's important to highlight your low portfolio volatility and showcase your trading skills and approach in your application. Ultimately, each firm has its own requirements and preferences, so it's best to reach out and inquire about their specific criteria.
