and thru what broker?

I am looking at symbol CYRBY. yahoo finance has it listed as CYRBY.PK

I am wondering if it's possible to but this and what broker would let me buy it.

I believe its not possible thru IB.

You need a broker with access to pink sheets like Scottrade. IB doesn't handle OTC stocks. I remember for those types of trades, you had to call and do it through a limit order using a live broker. I may be wrong as other brokerages might have different solutions.
