Is it okay for a Moderator to delete a post if he/she does not like it?

  1. Baron,

I think your moderators are trying their best keeping the site civil. However, unless there is a direct flame war, can the moderators delete a post if it was against their religious/political/social beliefs.. especially if it was in Chit Chat? Have you given them the right to be censors?

    Thank you for your time.

Moderators are suppose to moderate posts that are offensive and posts that cause complaints. If a members post falls into this category it will most likely be deleted. If there are posts that are offensive and have not been deleted, it just may be that the moderator has not caught it. Please press the complaint button (located at the bottom of every post) if you see a post that does not seem appropriate for EliteTrader.
