Is it Illegal to Interview a Trader in a Firm?

  5. Think about it, if that was the case how could CNBC interview 30 under 30 or even Phil Flynn from Alaron Trading for that matter. Or that's right BNB probably doesn't know whom I am referring to. :D

  6. Does Congress run an Investment Bank I don't know of lol... Congress may not make any laws but the private sector can certainly make your job disappear if you talk to outside media without permission :).
