What I find odd is how 2500 active accounts can support 20 Associated People plus support staff. As for the complaint, I skimmed through it and it appears to be mostly record keeping related. Perhaps they're minor items individually, but there are several of them and it sounds like the NFA found the same/similar issues in previous years. I didn't see any references to customer funds and I don't think the firm is an FCM. Still, if you have doubts, read the complaint carefully as well as the history on the NFA BASIC site.
