ET is a great place to learn what not to do. The overleverages, the biases, the predictions, the Hollywood like dreams, the snake oil claims. Good amount of information.
There are some very valuable nuggets quietly tucked away. Most are virtually totally ignored - which is how it should be. No fanfare or flashing lights. Ultimately, your greatest edge is in your head.
Your required edge-is to be able to tell the difference between real traders-and children who post rubbish. The rest then becomes a lot easier. The General
She is by no means a good trader-if you plan to "model" her-then you may well be "very sorry person". BTW-I like your writing-it is very different-and shows you are smart. I can assist you in profitable trading-for any market-but my time is very limited during US Stock Market hours. The General

Now listen here, Mandy! The two threads started by TG, and myself, are worthless to you, you have nothing in common with them. There is tons of information in those two threads, but to be honest, it will go straight over a newbies head. This is why you cannot see the woods for the trees, because you rely on indicators and colourful lines all over your charts, it really is hilarious. Dackster.
