Is DTNIq down?

The trading computer crashed Friday so I am rebuilding it, had to do format and install of everything. Currently I cannot get TS2k to download history from the DTNIq servers using the download tool from Hypertrader.it.

I can run the DTNIq diagnostic tool and get pass results so I am hitting the server with that. The Hypertrader history download tool goes through the motions like it was dl'ing as requested but when I edit the data in Global Server nothing is there.

Maybe somebody with the same setup can try a dl?

 

I don't use hypertrader, but I've been using DTN all day doing some post-close statistical analysis.

I think the free tools are not free anymore. They are grayed out in Global Server after installation.
