i already short-scalped apple today for a little bit of profit. Markets overseas fell 1.1-1.5% Europe and Asia combined. However "shorting is in its infancy".

    Let's pray for Monday.

  7. Congratulations, shorts! You sure waiting long enough for the opportunity, today is yours!

Of course, I hope you still have dry powder to capitalize on it after being wrong the last 7 weeks (if not more).

Respectfully disagree...not congratulations to the shorts. I hope everyone took the opportunity to buy the dip. This is a bear trap rather than a celebration as they are now going to lose their last dime.

  9. hypothetically, what were to happen to the market if GS goes BK over the weekend?

is this the tip of the iceberg?

"The SEC sued Goldman Sachs today, accusing the company and one of its vice presidents of defrauding investors by misstating and omitting key facts about a financial product tied to subprime mortgages. "
