Is day trading worth it?

  1. DP and LF what is your guys motivation?

We all have been thoroughly warned about the evil intent of Nodoji and Dbphoenix.

The way I see it, is they are sharing a way to possibly trade. Its up to the individual to determine if it has worth.

I am a 52 year old adult, I can determine and take full responsibility for my actions.

I have learned a hell of a lot from Donna about the markets. She has been an asset to this forum as far as I am concerned.

Dbphoenix has also given freely, he isn't forcing me to trade his way. He has a lot to offer, which he does.

In either of your last 100 posts see what you guys have given, honestly, go back and read thru what you said, any market advise, besides staying away from Satan's helpers.

Maybe it is just away to keep ET buzzing.

I think we can all say we have been warned.

  4. I only had 2 trades.

Can you tell us about the trades you took?

  5. It matters because you state otherwise. You stated outright that you called the NQ moves two weeks ago in advance. That was a fabrication on your part. Neither move was called before the fact.

You stated on this board that you "have an 80% "winrate" and PNL better than 10x losers" which is preposterous.

You've been trading all week and produced one scratch. Your protege took a loss on the same move.

People ask for proof as you imply that you're successful, but only after the move occurs. So by extension... if you're the expert on these TLs, and you can't prove a thing, then what hope do your desperate acolytes have? WTF should anyone listen to your voluminous BS?

  6. Yeah, she shorts the top and covers at the low. Same as DBP's 60 and 80pt NQ winners. She makes 10x the haircut on CL but trades one lots. She posts blotters, but all of which were days she lost 10-20% of her account.

This absurd TL methodology is fleshed out, right? So how about some REAL-TIME application of principles. Wouldn't that be the next step? Prove it empirically for all to see. Why so scare?

I don't disclose my directional or vol method in the thread, but have done so elsewhere on this site. If I can post complex vanilla positions on here then futures are a breeze. Three guys (excluding myself) traded every position. Most of whom did better than I did (Doobs) as I tend to trade marketable and they received better fills on entries.

You keep dredging up this old stuff that I've addressed again and again. As for my "one scratch", that was for a 90m period of trading in real time in one day, complete with "call". And then you complain that I'm posting so much. And then you complain that I'm not posting enough. Do you want me to show you how to follow price tick by tick all day for a week? A month? Or do you want me to not post at all? If the latter, why do you keep lining your cage with old newspapers?

  8. You have approx. 60 posts this week. One trade that you were desperate to avoid publishing and it was a scratch. Your boy lost money. You're a scammer. That would be ok if you weren't such a prolific dilettante wasting O2 with these missives with nothing of substance to show for it ($).

Sure, took that initial TL BOPB long, my target wasn't taken, so I scalped a bit out of it, then re-entered on the 2nd pullback to it and did lock in my min tgt.

I shorted 99.60 after the news release for a scalp and then thought it would break down and let it take me out b/e :(

Bought 99.57 after the .43 internal double bottom, got tgt on that.

Bought 99.67 during the 11:42 bar, clean 1-2-3 setup off the adjusted LTL and took profit at the upper channel in the 99.90's

Shorted the break of the 12:50 5-min bar because of the triple top formation, target .81 (previous breakout of 99.80 resistance likely to become support) and proximity to the LTL.

Didn't go long off of that because by the time it became a valid signal per my plan, it didn't pullback to where I wanted to buy.
