Nobody, but then participation is lacking (in the losses). He thinks he'll eventually get it right. Many won't bother to vet the guy's performance (as there is none to vet).
Isn't it more typical for gurus to charge for "courses" or "mentorship" or like that instead of exposing themselves to losses made by themselves as opposed to losses which may be blamed on students "not doing it right"?

Chat rooms can be a good way to spend a trading session with buddy traders though. Pretty useful and constructive talks happen as well. I know, many never took ET chat as any serious, but there I met people who influenced my trading greatly.
I suppose there are people who can see everything, but I'm not one of them, and having several pairs of eyes scanning the landscape is helpful. A shame that the ET chatroom was deleted.
Yea, ET chat was a great place where I met people with whom we are still good friends even besides trading.
Baron said nobody was using it, but a lot of people never even knew it was there, and there were no instructions provided on how to use it. We tried it, but the room kept winking out. We just assumed it wasn't ready. Perhaps it will be given another chance.
drownproof "atticus" is one of the best traders on this forum,do your research before judging ,he's devoted countless hours helping and chastising traders, most can't understand the complexity of what he shares ,the bitter taste left after being chastised is a lot less painful than the losses one will incur by discounting his warnings, it's not so much the method as it is the outcome db,you are attempting to help traders with your knowledge of one small aspect of a very large business,dont get caught wearing blinders,and don't suggest to the noobs that this is the holy grail
