The point is that "good fences make good neighbors". China can go whatever direction she wants with her own society. Obviously, China's current direction - state capitalism, lifetime presidency for Xi, totalitarian Party control over all aspects of life, a 1984-style techo-authoritarian surveillance and control state - is totally incompatible with European Enlightenment values which still broadly prevail in the West. To make matters worse China is an extremely formidable opponent, leveraging the combined effort of all elements in her society to carry out a permanent Total War propaganda/influence offensive abroad, with the goal of dividing and weakening the West.

At some point a people and a culture need to stand up, draw a line in the sand and fight to defend it, otherwise they will simply vanish from history.

  2. Agree, however you should be smart enough don’t push them in the corner.
Smart economical punishment with a smile and polite diplomacy.
With smart government steps - never happened....
Do not be so aggressive but smart and intelligent.
I guess we got common platform with you.

Yes, $5,000,000,000,000 or confiscate all China owned real estate in the USA.

  7. Weaponry War is obsolete.
Virus will do all the damage.
    Economy destroyed.
    Thousands of people died.
It is endless and no predictions when it’s finish.
No much expenses to start it.
Trillions of dollars to end it.

Seems it is a cover up of real virus not a man made virus.
Why would China sink global economies when its own is dependent on selling to others.

However, if Trump rushes to reopen the lockdown, then he is risking a lot more damage of all sorts. Very unethical and immoral adamant rant to reopen just to get re-elected. As if lives of 10s of thousands do not matter.
