    A man raping a woman should at least get one nut cut off and some jail time....The question is what should a woman that rapes a man get????:D

    Repeat offenders? Castration perhaps? Cool that drive down.....usually repeat offenders are violent in some other way too......so that would not be enough to deter them......they would use something else......so prison would be best.....capital punishment is only for murder IMHO.

    I have never heard of a woman raping a man......I think it is only a plot line in a porno......
    Women have better things to do!

  9. wow. just noticed this thread. i've changed my mind on capital punishment. now, one of my good friends runs an <a href="http://www.justice4kids.org/">advocacy group</a> dedicated to eliminating the execution of minors in the U.S.

    Protecting society does not require capital punishment; at least not as I see it now. I admit I still haven't reasoned through the matter completely. But i lean strongly against it.

    A year ago it was a no-brainer 'yes' for me.

    Chas, I agree...minors should not be executed for murder in general....witness the case of that one in Florida. Life in prison and he was 12 and just very stupid. That is not really justice.:(
