Discussion in 'Trading Software' started by hermit_trader, Apr 17, 2003.

  1. I want to buy a trading software overseas and they allow paying through the paypal. Is it safe? I never use it before.

    Thank for any comment!

  2. sure its safe. ebay owns paypal.

  3. We use PayPal on out site to accept payments every day and it's capable of accepting foreign payments as well. It's simple to use and secure.

  4. Thank for the comment.

But what happen if the company takes the order but doesn't sent the goods? Would paypal able to help me?

  5. your out of luck in that case.

  6. actually, you can check with the terms of service with PayPal, since there IS a provision that protects you, as the buyer. what is the product and how much does it cost?

  7. I would use paypal rather than some other payment provider.
I know some pirates offer copies of
trading software on CD's and use egold
I was frankly considering it but I rather pay more to a private party in Europe than support pirates and have the risk of getting some bogus wares.
You are as 'safe' as possible considering...

  9. This should help with any concerns you have about paying through PayPal along with what happens if you don't get your good.

A good option is to use an account that already has something like a VISA protection...just in case you don't get your goods.
