That's what inquiring minds want to know. He acts like a 3rd grader infront of the whole world.

    No

    How about you?

  2. I couldn't agree more. The question was improperly phrased altogether. The correct question should have been " Did Bush attend the appropriate number of days and perform the neccessary tasks to be promoted to the third grade?"

  4. Is bsmeter retarded?

    No.

Calling him retarded would classify his intellect far beyond what it actually is.

Specter prepping bill to sue Bush

By LAURIE KELLMAN, Associated Press Writer
    41 minutes ago

WASHINGTON - A powerful Republican committee chairman who has led the fight against
President Bush's signing statements said Monday he would have a bill ready by the end of the week allowing Congress to sue him in federal court. ADVERTISEMENT

"We will submit legislation to the United States Senate which will...authorize the Congress to undertake judicial review of those signing statements with the view to having the president's acts declared unconstitutional," Judiciary Committee Chairman Arlen Specter, R-Pa., said on the Senate floor.

Specter's announcement came the same day that an American Bar Association task force concluded that by attaching conditions to legislation, the president has sidestepped his constitutional duty to either sign a bill, veto it, or take no action.

    and also

"That non-veto hamstrings Congress because Congress cannot respond to a signing statement," said ABA president Michael Greco. The practice, he added "is harming the separation of powers."

    What?!!

You mean to tell me the Bushits don't control the ABA?! Is the ABA actually not yet polluted by Bushit SCUM?

WHEN IS THIS RETARD GOING TO BE IMPEACHED?!

OMG is the Average American so stupid they don't know this guy is the worst scum ever to be inflicted on the American taxpaying citizen?

  6. It is apparent from your posts that you have fallen off your chair so many times that the trauma has radically affected your cognitive senses.

Please find help. I suggest a former Chit Chat moderator who claims to be a counselor of some kind. Perhaps you and Zzz can get a two-fer rate...

Let's guess who gets the contracts for the so-called rebuilding. What a perfect scam being carried out by those controlling the Carlyle group. First drop bombs manufactured by Carlyles military infrastructure corporations then give re-building contracts to another carlyle controlled corporation. Bechtel would be my guess as the ones given the re-building contract. Halliburton is too hot right now, the retarded Klansmen might start revolting.

Rice, in Israel to Confer With Leaders, Promises Aid to Lebanon
July 24 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. pledged $30 million in aid to help war-ravaged Lebanon avert a humanitarian crisis as Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived in Israel to confer with leaders after a surprise visit to Beirut.

The American taxpayer is taking it deep in every orifice and it looks like they're loving every moment of it. ROTFLMAO! :D

  8. no. and I implore you not to use that term pejoratively.

I have been very fortunate to become familiar with some developmentally retarded (i.e., disabled) people -- they are all without exception kind and loving individuals. they strive to accomplish what they are able to, with dignity, and take joy in helping others. they are a positive force in the lives of those around them. and, of course, they did not choose their disability.

bush, in contrast, despite being born with every advantage, has demonstrated nothing but malice, deceitfulness, ignorance, laziness, petulance, and cruelty. he seems to have avoided work and skirted responsibility whenever able. he has endeavored to limit liberty, needlessly focus the hatred of the world on the US, and to squander the wealth and goodwill of the US at every opportunity. he has actively participated in the unjustified misery of hundreds of thousands of people. his only positive contribution seems to be the accumulation of advantage for his privileged backers, while shifting immense costs to the people he was obligated to serve.

  9. May we assume, then, that you won't be nominating Bush for sainthood?

  10. No he's not retarded. If he were, Barbara would have drowned him shortly after birth.

He is just a person of limited intellect, whose father was a powerful man. If not for his father, today young George would probably have a job in someone's automotive repair facility doing oil changes. I think thats about the level we are talking about here.

    Poor guy
