I've responded to you with Eurex example, that not everything has to be CFTC regulated, as it was your point on CFTC.

What do you mean by "off shore exchanges like Binance"? Trolling or talking shit? All your messages sound very US centric, the world, especially crypto unfortunately is not concentrated around US and its regulation.

once again, Eurex, CME, Ice, Korea exchange and etc are regulated, audited and have established clearing practices.

binance is not in the same league, it is off shore registered in Malta. That is the difference.

  3. I don’t have anything to say against Binance. It has always proved to be a great choice for my investments.

This is the 2nd hire of a former US Government official by Binance

Same game the big banks like JPM and GS do, they hire former officials to send a message to current ones, be nice to us, we will give you big $ cushy jobs after you retire and these guys have loyalties from rank and file they promoted during their time who they can reach out to while working for Binance

"Binance has already hired former Sen. Max Baucus, D-MT, who also served as U.S. ambassador to China from 2014 to 2017, as a policy adviser. Baucus told Bloomberg last month the exchange was considering registering with the CFTC.

Other former regulators have landed at crypto firms after their stints in Washington. Former CFTC Commissioner J. Christopher Giancarlo, lovingly dubbed "Crypto Dad" during his time in office, joined the board of cryptocurrency lender BlockFi, Bloomberg reported Tuesday.

Coinbase, meanwhile, last month hired Brett Redfearn to run its capital-markets group. Redfearn served until December as director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s division of trading and markets."

  5. I just don't see the point in trading bitcoin futures on binance when it's not 2015 anymore. It's already been several years that CME has bitcoin futures, but the margin requirements were very high. Now CME is launching micro bitcoin futures in 2 weeks. https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/micro-bitcoin-futures.html

I feel much safer trading micro bitcoin futures through NinjaTrader and Philips Capital, than Binance. Not to mention NY residents aren't even allowed to use binance...

Volume on Binance futures apparently doesn't care about your concerns. Choose what suits you best, just no need to discredit one in favor of another. If you feel much safer on micros on CME - go for it. Low volume is better than no volume.

  7. Googling "binance fake volume" does not inspire confidence. Would also expect volume to grow significantly with cme micro contracts.

Again, not everyone cares about your concerns. Coinbase had their issues too, look where they are now: https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/coin

PS: you don't need to look in crypto market only. Look at stock market first, then fx, that doesn't inspire confidence too, yet no one cares. Money still flowing in.

  9. I am not sure if they have futures because they are prominently a crypto exchange. You can check the platforms or better the website to find credible info.
