Agreed - however, Wall St and the Big Banks have one goal: exploit the masses. The more $$$ the masses have the more wall st and the banks get - sure it's disproportionate between wall st and the masses, but there is a relationship none-the-less. Wall St. gets rich through arbitrage with the lower and middle-class. If the middle class totally sinks, they lose money. Ben doesn't want them to lose money.
