Nope, his results were all verified and he was a very wealthy man through speculation. Only problem is he never revealed his true methods.
This reminded me of my former forex coach. The taught us various strategies. Occassionally (it means very very rarely because he earnt money from teaching, not trading) he would post his trade BUT be never never ever used the strategy which he taught us.
