Is anyone seeing this breakdown coming soon?

We bounced off the 1000 level on the S&P in July but bearish sentiment seems to be on the rise. I see us breaking 1050 and then again breaking 1000 on the retest.

I think it will rise soon but it is difficult to tell when it will exactly happen
