So that people think they get something valuable... I bought Hit & Run 1 some years ago when it cost about half of today's price and even at that price I wouldn't recommend it.
I can't find a good Market Making, or Level 2, or Tape Reading book out there. Something with details, specific examples. I have great results when I can identify and Shadow the Ax.
