you bring up a good point. making money is the easy part, wealth growth and preservation is another matter. to add to that, the entry is one thing, but the exit ultimately affects the P/L. ahhh the art of speculation....
well, you can just do it Warren's way and never exit sometimes the IRS will tell you when to get out and sometimes the IRS will never let you out (unless you want to pay more than you ever dreamed was possible)
Nope, the reason why is that your chances of obtaining a profitable exit are much reduced if your entry is incorrectly placed. Just common sense really, which many here seem to lack.
im not prfitable in the sense that i am 5 years consistent. but ive discovered the holy grail and am up 25% since jan of this year... so time will tell. i should double my money this year.
