I often see you guys say commissions at 0.002/share level. Is it in Dollar or Cent?

  2. 1 cent=.01

    1/10 of a cent=.001*$1

    2/10 of a cent=.002*$1

    "5 Shares For A Penny"...

Just think, you could trade $535,000 worth of Berkshire Hathaway for 1 cent!

  4. Is that all in? I'll take it, where do I sign.

  5. .002=$2 per 1000 shares.

In this day and age, you should be able to get such a rate from most reputable prop firms provided you trade decent volume and have average negotiation skills.

  6. dont forget SEC fees

And ECN. If you lift or hit its .002+.003 in and out. Adds up quick if you throw some volume in there. Add monthly platform charges and exchange fees etc. Now its +$5,000/mo. or $250/day.

    Stay positive..literally.
