Well this is just marketing trick. Iron beam do not provide MT4 or mt5 . i call them and ask and be even happy if they will pick up a phone. Mostly pick up a phone just regular person who have to idea about trading
Make sure do not used IRONBEAM platform!!!! that is Firetip platform have a lot of bags and when became to live trading you will lose money and IRONBEAM will take no respond. Most problem in platform still exist Today: after you cover your trade,then press CANCELL all, not response as a result , suddenly hiding order fill out .Then you get substantiation loss. Costumer service from IRONBEAM very limited if you send them 5 email they may briefly answer for 1 of them. IRONBEAM have few different platform to offer but main platform IRONBEAM is very bad. If you dont want lose money stay away!
Hey there, This is no marketing trick. We partnered with AxiomaticAI in July of last year to offer the AxioGateway to Ironbeam customers. We have paused adding new users as Axiomatic is nearing completion of a direct interface from the AxioGateway to Ironbeam/CME. The new structure will eliminate monthly connection and routing fees and we didn't feel that it would be fair to add customers at this time at a higher price and lower quality connection. As for the Ironbeam platform, you may be confusing it with Firetip. Firetip is over 10 years old and is no longer receiving updates or being developed upon. In the Ironbeam platform, the 'Cancel All' button cancels any working orders, it does not close positions. The 'Go Flat' button is for closing positions. I recommend you watch our tutorial videos and familiarize yourself with our platform before trading live and putting your money at greater risk due to not understanding our software fully.
I positively love the Ironbeam Demo for it's simplicity. I'm currently training 2 employees and the demo is down today. No data it says. I'm sure they will get it fixed. The Cash accounts work fine today. Phone support has been absolutely perfect. I find the email support lacking. Email support says there will be a reply within 24 hours but that hasn't been the case. Today is June 7 and 4 days ago on June 3rd, i emailed asking .... Do you have your platform available white labeled or unbranded? Or said another way, can i get demo accounts and real money accounts on domains other than ironbeam.com so that your brand name is not revealed to the people i hire and train to trade for me? There has been no response. Back on May 22 i asked the exact same question by email saying ... Does IronBeam have a white label program whereby these demo accounts and the actual trading accounts will not be on a URL (domain name) that reveals the IronBeam company name? I got a reply to that question, but it was not helpful. The reply only ask me ... What would the purpose be of hiding the domain? Hey @birdman I'm glad you're enjoying the platform. We do all of our testing for future releases in our demo environment, so it is not nearly as reliable as our production and live trading environments. As for white labeling, the purpose of a white label is for an institutional customer to be able to offer our trading platform to their customers under their brand, and with custom features if they'd like. It isn't there to hide who the clearing firm or developer is. That is why you received the response that you did, asking what the purpose is of hiding the domain. Traders will need to know who their broker and clearing partner is. If they need immediate trade support or have an issue they need to be able to get in touch with us.
