well, that's a good question isn't it? if it doesnt it's risk off, i.e. cover your longs. Risk reward skewed to the downside should the budget be rejected. There is a 60% chance the budget gets passed. Anybody looking at this?
It's like to go through... A bunch of independents have said that they will vote for it, so the odds for it passing are good.
