Your statement is false. Here are just a couple of examples. Iran attacked the US when it invaded the US embassay and took Americans hostage. In addition, Iran fights proxy wars with the west by funding Hezbollah and Hamas.
You did not prove my statement was false. The take over of US embassy by Iranians was an indirect result of the revolution which was a direct result of CIA's AJAX operation. It was US who started (by overthrowing a democratic government of Iran), not Iranians. As far as funding Hezbollah or Hamas goes, these are organizations that oppose US-subsidised Israel. You might want to take this simple quizz: a) US started funding Israel first or b) Iran started funding Hezbollah and Hamas first (both organization were founded in 80s)?
Your choice. I am sticking to my point that Iran has not attacked any other country nor it started any war for the last three centuries. As you may know Iran itself was a subject to many overt attacks (e.g. Iraq backed by US started war on Iran) and covert attacks (e.g. coup by US to get 50% stake in Iran's oil fields).
