Is there any way to arbitrage this?

this is a major business for Chinese who travel/study/live overseas.. the high tariffs have caused domestic prices (in China) FAR HIGHER on virtually all imports, from cars, to phones, electronics, name brand clothing, even milk powder (incident in Australia where Chinese buyers came into supermarkets and cleared the shelves).

arbitrage is not a question that needs to be asked.... money flows like water, by the time you see a chance for arb, others have long seen it and done it :)

Actually in SoCal, I am seeing a lot of Chinese tourists visiting AAPL stores in South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island in Newport Beach. It didn't occur to me until now that they are indeed the arbitrageurs.
