I bought some right before the close today (with an understanding that they could go lower as well).

  2. I bought UYG a couple days ago. I'm feeling good about the price 9 to 12 months from now. There's a good possiblity of a snap back rally.

Filled UYG at $18.5394 and URE at $24.9194

!/2 position each, will add the other half either higher or lower depending where price goes from here! :D

  4. My strategy is to be long the stock and short otm calls to take advantage of the high implied vols.

Take the long term view and don't get shaken out of your position.

    Good luck.

  8. Ben Stein wrote a great little book regarding long term stuff, he waits for the major indexes to be below their 200 week moving averages and only then does he buy, and only blue chip companies. I forget the details really but were I young [and not dying for retirement income] I would do that. You only have to buy a few times in your life and you retire with long coin. We're sort of on the precipice of a world wide recession and you are looking for long term buys? faggetabboutit......
