Thanks ! I posted an update for those who are interested : http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/vb/showpost.php?p=84584&postcount=159 Enjoy
AMT or someone would shed some light on today's action. Test 1 and 2 show delta net short holders and cooresponding price drop. Test 3 shows the same delta net short holders YET price rises???
Interesting. My IRT/IQ chart showed a higher low at test 3. And that's with their most recent upgrade, 9.2.6. Looks like there are still some issues. http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=2361567
Hi CB. Would you kindly post your Gomi/NT/zenfire charts side-by-side with your IRT/IQ charts for a few days?. Thanks. JW
I'll post my NT chart with gomi's cd, but unfortunately I cancelled my IRT subscription. Maybe someone else would be willing to post their IRT/IQ charts for comparison. Or if you want, IQFeed runs a free 7-day trial and IRT will prorate your subscription according to month's end, meaning you could demo IRT/IQ until the end of the month for around $10 to $15.
Thanks CB. Frankly I see so many versions and results (even amongst IRT users using the same software and datafeed) and so many possibilities for the CD, that I feel overwhelmed and that all my efforts would be wasted at this point in time. I think this should be completely doable within NT-Zenfire, and I'll keep focusing in that direction. I do not have a "stable" version yet. Also, according to this thread, it is clear to me that the CD is just one small piece of the puzzle, an essential one, but just one piece nonetheless. JW
JW, those were my sentiments exactly. Couldn't justify the cost of IRT/IQ when there were NT/Zen versions out there that seemed just as reliable--especially since I use it only as a secondary indicator.
Todays cumulative delta has been negative even though we have been pos all day on the indexes.......seems like a distribution day. Anyone else notice these correlations and find it interesting?
There have been a few clues, at both 8:25 and 9:55 price went up but Cum Delta was decreasing. This foreshadowed a steep price decline.
