    Try this.
Give your 37 bucks to AMT and get your 10 point daily signals from Ken.
Do not offer 38 bucks to anybody, it is inflationary and 37 will get the job done.

Both Ken and AMT will flick over their trading statements to you going back as far as you require.
Good luck, you will need it.

  5. I think it's time this thread was closed . . . we'll all miss AMT, but more than that, we'll really miss Ken . . .

  6. All free things come to a paying end. Check out AMT's videos on his blog, he may enable comments to be posted at some point, so that journey can continue. Better be nice this time, you know who you are ;)

  7. Before this thread is closed I would like to say my piece.

I have at most respect to the fellow traders that risk hard earn cash. Traders that day in and day out take risk with their own money. Successful or not I have tremendous respect for them.

One the other hand, the scum of the earth that go around with their paper trading systems, trying to impress new traders so they can turn their silly ideas into real cash by charging them for bullshit trading rooms, trade signals etc... can go f*ck themselves up the arse.

    That's all.

  8. I was interested in the previous post.

One of the significant challenges public retail traders face once they decide to make this their profession, is how to obtain quality training.

Clearly most of you do not know how to evaluate training systems, and what I notice is that the majority of you do not know where to turn for professional training.

Amazingly many of you assume you can find adequate information to learn here......

I suggest that if you want to learn the business, rather than look to paying vendors and "stealth" vendors that inhabit this site, you should probably start with the resources sponsored by the exchanges, realizing that it is just a starting point.

I also suggest that anyone interested in the markets learn the basics of Auction Market Theory, move on the Market Profile and Volume Profile. If one were to do this and learn basic statistics along the way, I would say the chances of making it would be significantly enhanced.

    Good luck

I must say that it is, at least, interesting to watch the ebb and flow of emotions over many issues in this thread right here. Not only this last issue, but many others.

AMT came here, made great real time calls, for all to observe. I myself became intrigued with his method and tools, due precisely to the accuracy of his real time calls and, of course the high % of his methods mainly due to a combination of money management, position management, CD "flow transitions", divergences, etc, etc. Which are all explained for free in this thread, and which he took pains to explain, even to impolite, sarcastic (cynic?) questioners lik me. He responded politely, and imho to the best of his ability to respond. It's all there, for the record.

I pointed out very early that the method as presented was only viable for very deep pocketed accounts, due to the form of the money mangement, etc. AMT accepted this and put it in print for the record. I also noticed during the trip that the method has also many, many, many subjective elements to it, that cannot be coded or defined objectively, even though he says the method is 95% objective and 5% subjective. We never ever got to discuss that part.

The method, as presented, is also apparently prone and exposed to drawdowns to, at least, a big portion of the open profits in a swing position, to a large degree.

All of this is no mistery for anyone that actually did the minimum study to actually understand the method, and perhaps dig something of value for use in their trading.

I'm now convinced that all the profitablility of the method, as presented, is concentrated on the subjective element, that only comes with a lot of screen time and experience, and probably only AMT can extract fully.

I also know of at least 1 person that has extracted something of use in his trading. Time will tell if he is able to convert to $ this new found knowledge.

I have the same appreciation for AMT that the one I had before he started his subscriber business (for all we know, it could be a friend's business that he is helping out with content or whatever, as a real deep pocketed trader does not have any need to sell services).

He was the same guy before he started selling subscriptions (very affordable, I might add) and now.

BUT NOW...he has turned into a "scumbag vendor", etc, etc, etc.???...and is getting "attacked" by many of the same "followers" that were praising him before??

It seems the herd insctinct is alive and well...

Sadly all threads suffer from deterioration here in ET. And I myself, may have had a part in the deterioration of this one (or at least the people trying to lynch me thought so). Accept this as part of life: You'll have to dig through a lot of shit to get to the diamonds, and sometimes there are no diamonds.

Good luck to AMT, his paid subscription business, etc, and thanks for presenting his ideas (right or wrong) for discussion and questioning.

As for Ken: He probably got dropped ten times a day when he was a toddler, and that's where he gets his 10 points per day mantra from. I hope he finds a mental institution suited to his needs for attention, and with an adequate toilet for him to "trade" from.

  10. Yeah good luck to AMT...

And those screaming babies - there is nothing wrong in making money.

I suppose that Ivan for instance will be the happiest person on the planet to get some money from the marktes, regardless that somebody jumped off the roof as the result of Ivan's trading... Isnt that right? Go drink some vodka and shut up.
