The initiated sell signal is undeniable, just wondered whether another 922.75 touch rather than a turn at 919 would have transpired. Edit: If you're already loaded from higher levels, it's a rather moot point, but if you're partially loaded short at 922.75 and price retraces to 919, then you ask yourself whether to load more now (on the initiated sell signal) or wait for another 922.75 touch.
Well trade set-ups are good to discuss, so here is the chart showing the area of 919's you pointed out which was a good call imo....... http://www.charthub.com/images/2009/06/22/ESCD_Sep_2.png
918 was the low end of the range of the new contract before breaking down and going on to test the 900 level. Some players were probably looking to resell that area.
Interestingly enough, 917.25 was the previous day HOD (creating a -45k delta at the pivot on your chart) and hence a short in its own right (weaker initiated sell signal tho). I'm inclined to postulate that those with the gunpowder pushed the stops on these late shorts up to 919 to get themselves another dose for the plunge that follows.
Now if I can get my 882.25's by end of day tomorrow I will host the 1st annual DELTA TRADERS LAWN CHAIR party!!! Here is Sunny Austin Hill Country  ............. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=moQIoVfYTkc&feature=related I tried to have an event last year but it was an undisciplined group of newbie Delta Traders that came......... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dx0k3DIuR3c&feature=related (BTW....I am Austin the Mechanic dude! )......LOL!
I'm in! Even if you don't invite the girls next door who practice tactical drills with automatic weapons half naked in your backyard. I'm actually attending Don Miller's Boston BBQ this weekend... Anyone else going? http://donmillerjournal.blogspot.com/ If you ever host a Austin Delta BBQ Cookout, I'll bring some filet & ribeye to share =)
I'll cook up a batch of PHILLY CHEESESTEAKS that will make your mouth water.... Austin will never be the same. I'm in too.
2004/2005 was the period I first started to look at it (myself and a few other trader friends here in Austin I use to trade with).
