Introducing Brokers

Discussion in 'Retail Brokers' started by SamirBrussels, Apr 17, 2006.

  1. Hello all,

I want to run a Brokerage Firm (own brand/white label) in Belgium where I can give clients the opportunity to buy/sell US and Canadian shares (only equities) at very very competetive prices. In my homecountry brokers usually charge 50 EUR or more per order and I currently trade for only 5 USD using an US broker. So I want to beat the price here...

I hope to get some usefull info from experienced board members and members who already made the step to brokerage so we can share ideas and experiences.

First I was thinking of contacting Interactive Brokers as they are very known in the industry, e.g. www.todaysbrokers.nl a dutch IntroBro using Interactive Brokers platform. Also FireFly and RedSky financials are on my list, does anyone have good experiences with them?

I will be very thankfull if someone can give me some good advice on US brokerage firms.

    Best regards,
    Samir
