I recall reading a breakdown of the trading periods during the ES day, but I cannot find it. The author broke the day into red & yellow trading zones and maybe more. I would appreciate some direction in finding that posting or any that are similar. Many thanks.

hardyards, I made this up a few years ago. This is my opinion. I always heard about Key Reversal times....and to prove it to myself....for about 6 months....I recorded in Excel....what I thought were Reversals. I did this in one minute increments. This chart is in 5 minute increments. It may not be perfect....but it is a starting point. I have several other charts for trading....that I use to sell on eBay. Haven't sold this for a long time....so giving things away now. VSTscalper
