  1. let's just take a look at the gameplan again

In every time zone we want to buy major support and sell majot resistance unless our 1 min bar is flying through it and it keeps on going.

  3. A ha, this post makes things about S/R more clear to me...

I have a problem with buying S selling R that tend to see a lot of them and can't distinguish major from minor levels.

So we're looking at HOURLY S/R to fade, right?

  4. second case? Funny I was just wondering if I'd caused any confusion by something I didn't clarify earlier, but before I second guess - why second case?

  5. ok I'm replying to your Q about fading S&R

No I start with the hour down using the PP's

the hour shows where the sharks are parked so it's up to you what time zone to play.

Today/yesterday were pretty obvious because of the pattern - you can position trade instead of scalp. As soon as we are out of the pattern it's back to normal service - take all the S&R

  6. Because short didn't go ITM innediately and touched my stop... :)

If it went lower I'd be still short it and it would be the first case. :)

  7. All S&R is my main problem with them. I poorly read which are important and which are not. So prolly indeed will use an 1H chart for that purpose. It will show only significant levels then and no noise.

  8. ah ok. Was thinking about a comment very early on that I expected a muve up from our hourly support, a pullback and then the big push.

That pullback may not be very readable for you on the hourly, you'll read it better on the 5 min chart

  9. from what I've seen that's not your problem. It's the change of personality thingy that the market does.

Today and yesterday are trend days. That can really trash your set ups. The last 2 swings on the 1 min were perfect for me but we discussed the problem you have getting the same S&R as me.

Back to 5813 - got it?

  10. Well, actually I didn't notice my "old" setups working any worse in this environment... It were more personal reasons why I didn't take those trades, by themselves they were good.

But about S/R I really poorly differ serious levels from minor and not worth trading.

Took a look at 1h chart of the week now and really see those levels are respected on lower TFs... So will most likely start playing S/R relying on 1h to see just important S&R areas and get rid of the noise.

Not yet, waiting for a signal.
