Yeah, but then you have to get realtick and the prices add up in a big way. If that's the case, and you need something custom, I'd just fo with Neovest FirstAlert... would probably be about the same cost.

I don't believe you have to have RealTick to use either HotScans or MarketGauge, although if you do have it you can create links between these products and RealTick if you want to. You do have to have RealTick to get Hottrend, but that's a completely different product.

Let me know if I'm wrong about this.

    Trade well,

    Cash,

I've confirmed that you do not have to be a RealTick user in order to use either MarketGauge or HotScans. Once again, the main link for both products is http://www.marketgauge.com. Hope this helps.

  6. What you need is Stock Watch Pro http://www.crontech.com/swp it is very easy to customize, very affordable compared to high-cost systems and packs more features than free systems do. Will get back to you on cost (gotta look at my cc statement). Works with quote.com and esignal.

  7. CyberTrader Pro has live stock scan using 100+ technical and fundamental/price indicators. Try the demo off their site. The scan is called Cyber Quant List. :)

You definately do not need RealTick to get HotScans or MarketGauge, but if you are a RealTick user you get a version of MarketGauge for free.

MarketGauge.com also has a free trading book offer on on their home page. Great book on daytrading using the Opening Range. Here is the link to the download page.

Trade Ideas is ok but just does not do what I am looking for which should be pretty simple.

First I like the runing up filter to be customizable where I can say show me all stock which are moving up at least $.25 in 5 minutes. All I get now are results like stock running up 0.02 in 80 seconds or stock moving up $3.85 in 3 days 4 hours...
I don't care about these meaningless results. I wanna see stocks which make a substantial move in a short period so I can see there might be something going on.
Also I can't find a filter that shows me stock that gap down a certain amount and then are moving up to fill the gap.
Third, a top gainers / loosers list would be nice.

Right now I am using whisper which costs a lot more and the guy who programs our stuff is absolutely unresponsive. Eighter it takes more than a couple of months for him to program something or he just does not do it at all (ignoring emails and phone calls).
Anybody else having problems with "customer support" from whisper??

I wish there would be another alternaitive or trade ideas would implement my requests. I also know about First Alert but somebody told me that the amount of stocks they are screening can't compete with whisper.
