Is there any software that is good at helping traders with pure intra day trading strategies (better yet - tick to tick trading)?? Scalping perhaps?

Looks like Stock Watch Pro ( http://www.crontech.com/swp ) would be the right tool for your needs. I use quite a number of strategies based on ticks.
But I am not sure if anyone ever actually tried it. I tried to get a demo but never got a response from them. Remember that freak who said he was tht DEO?
