Internet troll sentenced to 30 months in prison!

  1. I also don't believe in hate-crime legislation. Like drug and gun laws, such statutes are too oft tools of selective prosecution.

I do belive though in strict laws targeting assholes. For women who don't attempt to find the credit card in their purse until AFTER the clerk has rung her groceries, perhaps a week of hard labor under Pabst's administrations. Posting taunts on a dead mans grief bulletin board should get one a few year sentence........

  3. I never said I was leaving ET. I said PABST would no longer post. I've had Magna delete the alias.

I find your snide interest hilarious. I have several other screen names here yet no one asks about the status of those......

But please, don't hesitate to go fuck yourself on account of me.

so it depends on what the definition of 'I' is?

    how Clintonesque

    ----------------------------------------------

    from Urban Dictionary

    clintonesque 12 up, 5 down

Having Clinton-like qualities. In matters of speech, to parse the English language so painfully at a direct question as to avoid responsibility for your own actions. In matters of conduct, to be more interested in #1, instead of the greater good.

'His actions as well as speech are rather clintonesque. '

in particular, making a dare top call on a messageboard

'In memory of those American's who perished 5 years ago: Let's roll!'

to honor those who died on 911?????

    that is sooooooo lame

but I'm sure the families really found comfort in what you did

    LOL!

You really made an ass of yourself

  7. 'Hate crime' laws are not necessary.
Was it legally permissible to beat up ethnic minorities and homosexuals before the enactment of those laws?

  10. nope but don't u find that there are aggravating circumstances when this is, say, the result of a bunch of youngsters terrorizing a particular group of people day in day out in a neighborhood and every now and then selecting a "victim" to let out their anger on, as opposed to a bunch of guys getting into a genuinely unplanned brawl after a football game? kinda in the same way as premeditated crime will earn u more years, but not only... to the extent they can be demonstrated, ultimate intentions matter, basically...
