International Stock Charting Software?

Does anybody know of any stock charting systems (or websites) that offer international stock charts? What would be ideal is a TeleChart2000 type of application for international stocks where you could sort and scan on based on some criteria and that would offer daily, weekly, monthly type of charting in a user-friendly format. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
