I use IB to trade K200, but would love to know if anything else is out there. About 4-5 years back I used PATS to trade DAX, and experienced the same issue mentioned earlier. This thread is bit old, but still looks like these issues still happen. Still weird that the most liquid contract in the world, k200 options and another great one k200 is not offered by a wider variety of brokers.
